The Nut is a folk artist from Kewaunee, Wisconsin, currently based in Boston.

The primary focus of her work is the writing: exploring the concepts of nature, 

youths self-perception, and "growing out of the place you've grown up in'. 

The Nut's debut single, "King Pin", is set to release August 8th.
